A NIGHT AT BOGBAIN FARM, INVERNESS

As a busy live band, we often find ourselves performing back-to-back weddings. Just a few weeks ago, we covered many miles in one weekend, playing consecutive Friday and Saturday nights. We covered the Friday performance in our first-ever blog, IONA & SEAN AT LOCH GREEN TROON; however, on the Saturday, it was off to Inverness to visit the rurally set Bogbain Farm. Arriving at Bogbain Farm, we were instantly captivated by its rustic charm and tranquil ambience. The venue's idyllic setting showcased nature's splendour, with rolling green fields, blooming wildflowers, majestic mountains and a number of 'Heilan Coos' forming a breath-taking panorama.
AN ENCHANTING WEDDING VENUE:
Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of Inverness, Bogbain Farm proved to be the perfect backdrop for Yasmin and Craig's wedding festivities. This enchanting venue exuded rustic charm and natural beauty, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Furthermore, we want to express our gratitude to the amazing friends of Yasmin and Craig, who attended the wedding and made the atmosphere absolutely electric. The enthusiasm, energy, and sheer joy on the dance floor were contagious and certainly fueled our performance. We couldn't have asked for a more engaging and receptive audience. Each guest contributed to the atmosphere, creating an unforgettable experience for the newlyweds and all those in attendance. We feel privileged to have shared this incredible night with such a wonderful group of friends, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the celebrations.
SAX ON FIRE:
As the night progressed, as usual, Moray Innes, graced the dance floor, saxophone in hand, ready to enthral the guests with his mesmerizing melodies and dulcet sax tones. Undoubtedly, the saxophone magic brought a new dimension to the night, infusing the celebration with the right blend of party and class.Moray's spontaneous performance was a unique and well-received touch, adding something a bit different to the festivities. It showed off his incredible talent as a musician, but more importantly, it really left everyone in awe of his skilful improvisation and ability to connect with the audience.
Moray, with his exceptional skills and showmanship, always proves to be an invaluable asset to The Plectrums. His presence on the dance floor is always a testament to our commitment to delivering a truly unforgettable experience for our clients and their guests.
